This is literally one of the best dishes I have ever made! It’s simple, quick, and spicy… just how I like all my meals to be lol! I definitely love any and all types of pasta, but this has quickly become one of my faves. This recipe was taken from Gigi Hadid and then tweaked to my liking. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!!

Ingredients
16 oz pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
2 small clove of garlic, diced
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp vodka
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
First, you are going to heat the olive oil and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook until soft. Then add the tomato paste and let it cook down (will become a darker color). Next, add the heavy cream. Stir thoroughly before continuing. You will then add the vodka, allowing it to evaporate. Lastly, add your red pepper flakes. I like my meals to be pretty spicy, so sometimes I add more than what the recipe calls for!
While you are making the sauce, have the pasta cooking separately. I use shells, and they usually take 10-12 minutes to cook. Before straining the water out, take 1/4 cup of the pasta water out and save on the side.
Add butter to the pan with the sauce and stir over medium heat. Then add in the pasta and stir! You may or may not need to add some of the pasta water in to make it more creamy. It’s up to you! Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and stir. I always add more parmesan on top of the pasta after I plate it as well.
