If you know me, you know I’m a major Starbucks fanatic. Literally gold member status since 2014. There’s nothing I love more than grabbing coffee with a friend to catch up, sit at a table and work on my computer, or making friends and getting on a first name basis with all the baristas. Guilty lol! I figured I should make a post about what I love to get and maybe help some of you if you ever struggle with what to order!
First, we need to talk about the sizes and what each means! So here’s what they offer:
Tall = small
Grande = medium
Venti = large
Trenta = extra large
My go-to size is either a grande or a venti! I never order a tall because the cup is just way too small, and the trenta is giant. Only get that one on my birthday because it’s free! Now I will say, if you’re getting an iced drink, the venti is just the way to go IMO. But if it’s a hot drink, size down to a grande. It resembles the bigger iced venti size, and it’s cheaper! Since we are talking about summer drinks, I’ll say none of my picks are hot drinks. However, I’m sure you could change one or two of them from iced to hot during the fall and winter, and it would still be delicious! So let’s get into it.
Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew
I feel like this will be my forever coffee order from Starbucks. It’s so dang good! BUT you’ll need to customize it a little. Add 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha and 2 pumps of toffee nut. Also, you can ask for extra sweet cream if you aren’t a fan of a strong coffee taste! You’ll be hooked for SURE.
Guava Passionfruit Drink
To me, this is way better than the pink drink! It’s so refreshing, and I don’t get the coconut milk taste at all. Sometimes I change out the guava for peach, and that’s incredible too.
Strawberry Acai Refresher
My friend Morgan hooked me onto this one! It actually contains caffeine, so it’s great for a mid-day energizer if you aren’t in the mood for coffee. She told me to ask for lemonade instead of water, and that was such a game changer! This drink comes with actual strawberry pieces in them, so if you aren’t a fan of that, ask for them to be removed.
Iced White Mocha
This drink is probably considered basic at this point, but I order it from time to time. It’s simple, straightforward, and delish! It’s made with whipped cream on top, but I ask for it to be removed. I don’t know, it’s just awk on that drink to me lol!
Java Chip Frapp
I think this is my fave frappuccino at Starbucks! It’s definitely dessert vibes, and I only order when I’m craving something sweet but also need a pick-me-up. Perfect for chocolate lovers!
Peach Green Tea Lemonade
Ok this combo really made me nervous to try it, but now I’m obsessed! I’ve never been a green tea lover, but this drink really works. Again, a really refreshing drink and perfect to sip on at the pool or working from home!
